- Demand Draft (DD) should be drawn in favor of "AtHome Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd." payable at Hyderabad, India

- More than 45 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 10% on invoice amount
- 45 days to 30 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 1 nights room charge.
If your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be charged
- 30 days preceding or No Show : 100% advance paid

| In case of payments made by credit card, please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account. In all other cases, a cheque will be issued. |

| All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refunds process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 15-45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account. |
